MODERN MANAGEMENT CULTURE

MOSOLF Senior Executive Programme

Our managers literally lead us through the daily work routine with their competent management and personal energy. This inspires us to put great stock in MOSOLF-specific, practically oriented and trusting advancement of our managers. Experienced managers receive specific qualification offers on the current management trends as part of the MOSOLF Senior Executive Programme (SFE).

As additional advanced modules for the MLD programme, we offer regular SFE refresher courses, for example, to keep our managers up-to-date. The topics covered here include select management subjects like digital leadership, feedback and target setting meetings or management in agile organisations. This helps us to create a uniform understanding of management. Using the continual refresher courses, our managers should also be offered space for reflection on their management experiences and have the opportunity for an informal exchange with one another to gain topical knowledge and methodical know-how in the context of their management task.

For experienced managers who are just exploring the MOSOLF world for the first time, a separate, condensed training programme has been designed. In the MOSOLF Group, all managers should be familiar with the skills recognised as important. They should look into the underlying psychological concepts and models as well as their neurobiological origins, for example. The SFE programme initially addresses newly employed, experienced managers, but experienced internal managers can also take part in the programme.

MOSOLF Leadership Development Programme

Our in-house young talent development programme MOSOLF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (MLD) prepares high potentials for their future or newly filled management role at MOSOLF. It is our stated aim to fill vacancies at management level from among our own ranks.

The candidates are selected based in part on analyses of potential to diagnosis aptitude.

The programme primarily supports our junior managers in their future leadership tasks, but also helps them to network among one another and coordinate strategically significant projects on behalf of the company management. Personal development is a main focus here. Through a comprehensive series of seminars, the participants are systematically developed in the fields of individual, management and organisational competence and supported for several months.

The concept of the MLD programme thus creates a long-term learning process by closely integrating seminars, concrete project work and individual coaching.
