Whether logisticians or office administrators, IT experts or skilled industrial workers such as auto mechanics, mechatronics technicians or painters: Our over 3,200 employees share one common passion – the love of automobiles. In close collaboration with our customers, we always keep pace with the times and promote new topics from the automotive world, such as electromobility, digital transformation and sustainability aspects.

My area of responsibility covers the sustainable digital transformation of our company. Our team has set itself the goal of being the digital champion of the industry. This includes not only setting up our customers with durable and modern systems and processes, but also working together with our colleagues to create new digital services.

Our future-proof B2B online platform MYOUR creates transparency along the entire value added chain, leading to true added value for our customers. For digital waybills, we have implemented a tamper-proof blockchain solution and our data-based forecasting solution ensures better decision making, planning and organisation. And we’re still picking up speed!


The MOSOLF Group is one of the leading logistics experts and system service providers for the automotive industry in Europe. We transport around 3 million vehicles every year for our renowned customers throughout Europe. Our range of services includes tailored logistics, technology and service solutions that we implement with the aid of a pan-European network of 43 locations as well as a multimodal fleet of carriers.


We are a committed partner to the automotive industry that is constantly evolving. Our focus lies on continuously increasing the quality of our services, the introduction of new technologies and strategically important innovation projects. For example, we are using 3D printing technology for special design products in the vehicle interior and are testing the use of AI to optimise our operational processes. Our values are shaped by an innovative spirit, flat hierarchies and a collaborative approach.

I am Lutz Fricke and I am responsible for sustainability at the MOSOLF Group. My job is to add transparency to our activities and actively shape the sustainable transformation of our company together with my colleagues. I am extremely lucky in that I can tie my personal passion into my professional goals.
