Commercial professions

Exciting, varied and always with prospects: Commercial training at MOSOLF is the perfect start to your working life. Professions in logistics

If you are interested in logistics professions, there are a number of options that you can pursue with us. We offer a strong practical orientation and an insight into all the fields and departments required to practice your profession. We offer the following training professions:

What you can look forward to

In almost every case, we are able to offer our trainees permanent employment in the department of their choice after they successfully complete their training.

We will pay you an appropriate collectively agreed salary and grant the standard holiday leave in accordance with our wage agreement.

Bored? Anything but – all trainees can constantly look forward to new challenges and exciting tasks – no matter the training profession. With us you get to know the most varied fields and each day is unlike the one before it. Whether technology, business or IT, each of our professions offers multifaceted activities – you won’t find a more varied training opportunity!

 

We cover the costs of the tuition and administrative fees for the cooperating university, the necessary books and lecture notes as well as for study and class trips.

 

Depending on the location there are various offers in the realm of company-facilitated sports activities, cooperation with fitness centres, employee events and catering services in the canteen.

How we support you

In every training department you are accompanied by highly qualified professional training supervisors who are available to answer questions at any time and, at the end of each training station, provide you with qualified feedback for your personal development during the training.

To achieve the best possible exam results, MOSOLF offers trainees the opportunity to participate in various preparation courses.

MOSOLF makes it possible for trainees and students to spend time at other locations within the Group in order to deepen their knowledge and further expand their practical experience.

Study trips, location visits or excursions are undertaken to broaden the horizons of the trainees and students and promote a sense of community in the Group.
