You are a part of the team from day one and experience the exciting areas of responsibility for your diversified job. Your practical training lasts 3.5 years, during which we teach you all the required professional knowledge and duties in a fun and engaged manner.

You will become a specialist in commercial vehicle technology

• You learn how to maintain commercial vehicles of all types, such as semi-trailer trucks and trucks
• You test the lights, perform chassis alignments, check attachment points of add-on parts or superstructures and check the function of moving equipment such as gripper arms or fire engine ladders
• From the electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems, to disassembly, through to repair and maintenance, you work your way through various fields in commercial vehicle technology

Enjoyment when working in a team, interest in vehicles, good mathematical knowledge, dexterity and hand-eye coordination, fascination with technology and electronics, curiosity and willingness to learn. You also successfully completed your schooling with a general or intermediate secondary school-leaving certificate, the ‘Hauptschulabschluss’ or ‘Realschulabschluss’. A good fit?

Depending on the state, your training will begin on 1 August or 1 September.
