The advisory board of the MOSOLF Group is made up of renowned automotive personalities and different subject areas. Together with the management board, the advisory board has the objective of identifying relevant future topics in automotive logistics and defining suitable measures.

Andreas Scheuer

Andreas Scheuer has been a consulting member of the advisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2023.

Andreas Scheuer (born in 1974) studied Political Science, Economics and Sociology at the University of Passau. In 2004 he earned his doctorate from the Charles University in Prague.
He began his political career at a young age in 1994 as a member of the Christian Social Union party and their youth organisation, the Young Union. He then held various positions in the Bavarian state government. Since 2002 Andreas Scheuer has been a member of the German Federal Parliament. From 2009 until 2013 he was the Parliamentary Secretary of State in the former Federal Ministry for Transport, Building and Urban Development and the Federal Government Coordinator for Freight Transport and Logistics. From 2013 to 2018 he was the Secretary General of the CSU. In 2018 Scheuer was sworn in as the Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, and he held this position until 2021. Since 2022 he has been the President of Asienbrücke e. V. – a European-Asian initiative.

General (ret.) Hans-Lothar Domröse

General (ret.) Hans-Lothar Domröse has been a consulting member of the advisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2025.

General Domröse joined the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) in 1973 and assumed leadership responsibilities at all levels throughout his career – from company commander to Commanding General of the EUROCORPS in Strasbourg and finally to the four star level at NATO. He gained international operational experience in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, the Congo, and Afghanistan.
In 2011, he was appointed as Germany’s Military Representative to the NATO and EU Military Committees in Brussels. Starting in 2012, he took command of the Allied Joint Force Command in Brunssum (Netherlands), one of NATO’s two operational headquarters. In this role, he was responsible for leading the ISAF mission in Afghanistan and for the defence planning North Europe. He also managed relations with partner countries such as Sweden, Finland, Austria, Ireland, and Switzerland.

Following his retirement in March 2016, General Domröse has been active as a consultant and speaker on geopolitical and security policy – advising organizations such as NATO, General Atomics and Trellix, Agora Strategy Group & Friedrich 30 as well as universities and companies,both in Germany and abroad.

Christina Schehl

Christina Schehl has been a member of the Advisory Board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since June 2026.

She studied business administration at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and has many years of leadership experience in the areas of digitalization, technology, and transformation.

Since joining Capgemini in 2011, Christina Schehl has worked with clients (mainly in the automotive sector) on a broad range of transformation programs and has held various leadership positions throughout her career.

Today, as Head of Market Unit Retail & Distribution, she is responsible for Capgemini’s business across the retail, consumer products, logistics, and transportation industries, helping organizations transform supply chains, business models, and operations through data, digital technologies, and AI.

Her guiding principle: Sustainable change occurs where strategy, technology, and people work together. Driven by this conviction, she is committed to building resilient, customer-centric, and future-ready companies.

Erik Wirsing

Erik Wirsing has been a member of the MOSOLF SE & Co. KG Advisory Board since June 2026.

He is one of the most prominent experts on innovation and the future in the logistics sector. For over 26 years, he shaped international innovation programs at DB Schenker and, most recently, as Vice President of Global Innovation, was responsible for the strategic development of new technologies, start-up partnerships and future-oriented topics on a global scale.

Today, he supports companies as a member of advisory boards, an advisor and a catalyst in the development of future-proof business models, innovation strategies and sustainable competitive advantages.

His strength lies in identifying technological developments at an early stage, assessing their relevance to the core business and translating innovation into measurable business success.

Erik Wirsing is convinced that the logistics of the future will emerge where people with different perspectives take joint responsibility and are given the freedom to shape the future.

His guiding principle is: “Those who stand still fall behind.” Always #hungryforinnovation.
