The advisory board of the MOSOLF Group is made up of renowned automotive personalities and different subject areas. Together with the management board, the advisory board has the objective of identifying relevant future topics in automotive logistics and defining suitable measures.

Dr. Marcus Mau

Chairman of advisory board

Prof Dr Markus Mau

Prof Dr Markus Mau has been chairman of the advisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2023.

Since 2009, Prof Dr Markus Mau has been a full professor for logistics and supply chain management at the University of Sopron (Hungary), at the E.H.E. University (Switzerland) and as a guest professor at WSG University (Poland).

He is the director of the Institute for Innovative Strategies with 18 scientists and experts.

He previously held various positions in the industry and later worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Services as a management consultant.

He is a co-founder of MAU Consulting (Frankfurt – Los Angeles) since 2001.

Prof Dr Mau is the commissioner for EU and foreign affairs at the Supply Chain Network (BVL) and president of the European Logistics Association (ELA).

Prof. Dr. Julia Arlinghaus

Prof Dr Julia Arlinghaus has been a consulting member of the advisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2021.

After studying industrial engineering with business studies at the University of Bremen and Tokyo University, in 2011 Prof Dr Julia Arlinghaus (born in 1983) received her doctorate from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Julia Arlinghaus worked as a consultant at Porsche Consulting until she followed her calling in 2013 and became a professor for the optimisation of production and logistics networks at Jacobs University Bremen. Since August 2017, she has held the professorship for the management for Industry 4.0 at RWTH Aachen. Since 2019, Frau Prof. Dr. oec. Julia Arlinghaus has also held the professorship for “Production systems and automation” at IAF at the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg.

Ivo Rauh

Ivo Rauh has been a consulting member of the advisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2021.

Ivo Rauh (born in 1959) completed his studies in industrial engineering with business studies at the Technical University of Darmstadt. He began his career in the 1980s when he built up the Spanish subsidiary for a leading manufacturer of household appliances. Ivo Rauh comes from TÜV Nord, where since 2008 he has held various leadership positions as Regional Manager for Latin America and the USA, as chairman of the board for TÜV Nord Iberia and as the Vice President of TÜV Nord International Operations. Starting in August 2009, Rauh was a member of the company’s Group Business Committee and managed TÜV Nord International as well as the Aerospace business unit as the chairman of the board starting in 2011. From 2012 until 2021, Ivo Rauh was a board member at Dekra SE.

Andreas Scheuer

Andreas Scheuer has been a consulting member of the advisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2023.

Andreas Scheuer (born in 1974) studied Political Science, Economics and Sociology at the University of Passau. In 2004 he earned his doctorate from the Charles University in Prague.
He began his political career at a young age in 1994 as a member of the Christian Social Union party and their youth organisation, the Young Union. He then held various positions in the Bavarian state government. Since 2002 Andreas Scheuer has been a member of the German Federal Parliament. From 2009 until 2013 he was the Parliamentary Secretary of State in the former Federal Ministry for Transport, Building and Urban Development and the Federal Government Coordinator for Freight Transport and Logistics. From 2013 to 2018 he was the Secretary General of the CSU. In 2018 Scheuer was sworn in as the Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, and he held this position until 2021. Since 2022 he has been the President of Asienbrücke e. V. – a European-Asian initiative.
