Advisory support for the Executive Board

The foundation board of the Mosolf family foundation, together with the foundation chair, plays a decisive role in the guidance, monitoring and strategic focus of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG. As a body that represents the interests of the Mosolf family, the foundation board is responsible for the long-term vision, the corporate objectives and the guarantee of sustainable development. Its members bring with them a broad range of specialised knowledge and experiences to ensure effective governance and support the supervisory board.

CHAIRMAN OF THE FOUNDATION BOARD

Dr. Martin Sorg

Dr Martin Sorg is chairman of the supervisory board. He has been a member of the supervisory board since 2016 and, including its predecessor (advisory board), has been part of the MOSOLF Group since 2004.

Dr Martin Sorg (born in 1959) studied business administration at the University of Stuttgart. In 1984 he earned the degree Dr. rer. pol. Also in 1984, Dr Martin Sorg joined the law office Binz & Partner. His professional career evolved from tax consultant to auditor. Since 1987 he has been a partner at the law office.

Dr Martin Sorg is a member of various supervisory bodies.

FOUNDATION BOARD

Ganya Mosolf

Ganya Mosolf has been a member of the supervisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2015 and is also active as a Manager of the MOSOLF family foundation.

Ganya Mosolf (born in 1989) completed her studies as a film producer at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in 2016. There she produced various films in both the fictional and the documentary realm.

She worked at a number of film production companies in Stuttgart and Munich, including fischerAppelt tv.media, German Films GmbH and Deutschen Exotik Filmproduktion. There she worked in the fictional realm as well as in advertising and gained experience in the production and distribution of films.

After completion of her studies, she spent two and a half years in Beijing, China.

Valeska Mosolf

Valeska Mosolf (born in 1990) began her professional career by training as a Management Assistant for Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services at Kühne & Nagel. After completing this, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Law (Bachelor of Laws, Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU)) in 2017. In 2021, Valeska Mosolf completed her Executive MBA in St. Gallen.

Since 2016, Valeska Mosolf has been a Deputy Managing Director at the MOSOLF family foundation. During her career at MOSOLF, she has worked in various departments, including the legal department, the High & Heavy division and the M&A division. To this day Valeska Mosolf still actively monitors the project work in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Since 2022, Valeska Mosolf has also been a Managing Director of the MOSOLF real estate company.

Dr. Jörg Mosolf

Dr Jörg Mosolf is the spokesman of the management board (CEO). As a managing partner, he heads the areas of Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Public Relations, Compliance, Mergers & Acquisition, Business Development and Internal Audit.

Dr Jörg Mosolf (born in 1956) is a Certified Freight Forwarding Agent and can look back on over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry. After completing his MBA in St. Gallen, he did his doctorate at the University of Prague. He gathered experience in London and within various branches of the MOSOLF Group. Since 2002, Dr Jörg Mosolf has been working at the company headquarters in Kirchheim unter Teck.

Dr Jörg Mosolf is also a member of the executive committee of the German Transport Forum (DVF).

FOUNDATION BOARD

Tobias Mosolf

Tobias Mosolf has been a member of the supervisory board of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since 2022.

Tobias Mosolf (born in 1984) completed his studies as an industrial engineer (B. Eng.) and began his journey at Daimler AG, Global Services and Parts. This was followed by posts at Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG and Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars.

Within the MOSOLF Group, he took over management of the Processes, Systems & Digitalisation departments. In 2022 Tobias Mosolf headed the Business Development area and is currently head for strategic technology management at the MOSOLF Group.
